Patients without Dental Insurance
Fees are due in full at the time of service. In treatment that involves multiple appointments, payments may be divided equally among your visits and over the course of the treatment for convenience.
However all services must be paid in full at the time of completion of treatment.
Patient with Dental Insurance
Fees are payable by cash, check or credit card at the time of service, unless other financial arrangements have been made prior to that service regarding your insurance. Our office does accept assignment of insurance benefits provided coverage has been verified. Each patient accepts the responsibility for payment in full of all services rendered including those fees not covered by insurance. Patient co-payments are due at the time of service. Insurance Companies do not reimburse co-payments, nor does any insurance company cover 100% of dental fees.
Dental insurance is not a true insurance, as most do not cover expenses over $1,000 -$1,500 per year. Most dental patients agree that the dental insurance industry can be very complicated to get proper reimbursement for all that they are entitled to receive. Recognizing that dealing with your dental insurance company can be a headache for you, Sally will submit and track your claims if you ask them.
