Dear Dr. Roberts and Staff,

While I have never really enjoyed going to the dentist, today was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had. As I mentioned, I've had less than stellar bedside manners with previous dentists, and Dr. Roberts, Hank, and Ellen put them to shame. Everyone was so extremely kind and compassionate. While I can't say I'm exactly looking forward to coming in to finish the rest of my work, I never thought I'd be so okay with it! Especially for a couple of root canals and extractions! Thank you so much.

Dear Dr. All,
I just had dental surgery done by Drs. Ames & Roberts this morning, and wanted to drop a note a word or two to you about how wonderful an experience it was. Okay, so it might sound a little like an oxymoron that dental surgery can be wonderful, however, the people involved in your practice are truly some of the most caring and delightful individuals to be around.

I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart and to tell you that I certainly look forward to seeing you all again.

I just want to say Thank You for your generosity over the years. I first started coming to your (old) office when I moved to Philly back in the mid 90's after not having regularly visited a dentist for a number of years. I've always received excellent and compassionate care, no matter who provided treatment. And your willingness to discount services when I needed was incredibly generous and very much appreciated. Perhaps I could find another office that either accepts the very limited dental insurance my job offers, but I choose to remain a patient of yours knowing that I will receive first rate care and be treated warmly by everyone, including Sally and all the front desk staff.
