Whiter, Faster, Safely.
We have the latest, most innovative equipment and techniques that will quickly whiten your teeth and leave your smile feeling bright and warm.

Our diagnostic visits and treatments are designed to identify problems early and prevent you from losing your teeth. Modern dentistry has wonderful means to very comfortably save and strengthen your teeth for many years. This is not the dentistry of the past so many of our patients have experienced. It is progressive, it can be comfortable and it will prevent you from losing your teeth. Modern periodontal care can help you stabilize and prevent the destruction of your gum tissues caused by bacteria.

Progress is being made rapidly in the use of non-surgical treatments of periodontal disease. Drs. Ames & Roberts are able to provide you with the cutting edge of treatments, medications, and specialists that will fit your needs.

This is perhaps the most rapidly changing area of modern dentistry. Drs. Ames and Roberts have been exclusively using the advanced tooth colored restorative materials and equipment for over 12 years. It is our goal that your teeth will look natural and beautifully white with the wonderful materials that are sweeping through modern dental care.

Perhaps there is no area more important to us than infection control. This new office was thoroughly conceived and constructed to eliminate risks to our patients. We will take no risks with your health.

We have dedicated an entire room to state of the art sterilization. All instruments are ultrasonically scrubbed and sterilized with highly specialized sterilizing machines as recommended by the American Dental Association and the Center for Disease Control. We sterilize our handpieces and use many disposable tools and items for treatment.

The airflow in each room has been designed to whisk treatment room air out and through a thorough scrubbing with electronic micro-filters before being returned to the rooms. Each treatment room has individual bottled water systems. The inside of the water lines are dried each night to prevent water line contamination and build up of bacteria and viruses in the water lines that you may have read about or seen in the media.

We use soft lighting, beautiful music, nitrous oxide (laughing gas), blankets, neck pillows and a caring gentle team to make your visit comfortable. It is not unusual for our patients when taking advantage of all our comfort services to find them pleasantly sleeping during treatment.

We have even designed a private treatment room, separate from the others, for a patient who may desire one.

Over the years, many patients have requested to have their treatment completed in fewer visits. We have developed systems of treatment that allow us to treat an entire quadrant or an entire arch in just a few hours. These intensive comprehensive treatments have appealed to busy executives, entertainers, public figures and out of town and sometimes out of the country patients whose time is precious and limited.

Jennifer and Sally are able to help discuss and arrange travel, hotel and restaurant arrangements for our out of town guests.

All New Patients
Cash, Check, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, or Discover are accepted as payment.

Patients without Dental Insurance
Fees are due in full at the time of service. In treatment that involves multiple appointments, payments may be divided equally among your visits and over the course of the treatment for convenience.

However all services must be paid in full at the time of completion of treatment.

Patient with Dental Insurance
Fees are payable by cash, check or credit card at the time of service, unless other financial arrangements have been made prior to that service regarding your insurance. Our office does accept assignment of insurance benefits provided coverage has been verified. Each patient accepts the responsibility for payment in full of all services rendered including those fees not covered by insurance. Patient co-payments are due at the time of service. Insurance Companies do not reimburse co-payments, nor does any insurance company cover 100% of dental fees.

Dental insurance is not a true insurance, as most do not cover expenses over $1,000 -$1,500 per year. Most dental patients agree that the dental insurance industry can be very complicated to get proper reimbursement for all that they are entitled to receive. Recognizing that dealing with your dental insurance company can be a headache for you, Sally and Jennifer will submit and track your claims if you ask them.
